A.  We Accept PayPal for all payments as it is fast/easy and secure and free to buyers and you don't need a paypal account only a credit card to make payment.

We also take orders using Bank Draft,  Postal orders and Cheque please allow 5 working days to clear Just send us a E-Mail with the order details.

Q. how much Postage do you charge? and do You combine postage?

A.  Small items under 2 kilo we Charge  by weight  using Royal Mail postage calculator. if more than one product is bought then the total weight of the items in your basket will be charged at a combined total weight and charged according to royal Mail prices.

Overweight 2 kilo items and over  will be sent with DHL.

To the UK with DHL  £9.80

To Europe with DHL £18

Q. Returns?

A. If you are unsatisfied with any product, it is within your consumer rights to return it to us for a full refund. Even if you've simply ordered the wrong product, we understand!

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods for 14 days.
