We don't choose to get old but if you would like to age gracefully think about using an anti wrinkle cream sooner rather than later.
Face Use a Good protection cream when out in the sun,all good anti age creams contain some sort of SPF. It has been proved that most of the face creams are only benificial because of the sun block.
Eye The skin around your eyes is different than the skin on your face and you need a cream or gel that is made specifically for the area around your eyes.
Body Torso,Legs it all could do with a good rub and scrub. Sun protection is one of the big reasons why we start to go all prune like so make sure to cover up.
Start early your never to young to start, eat well and drink plenty (water) and it will pay off in later years. It may take you a while to find a good cream that works for your skin type and one that you yourself feel good using. Its all a matter of what you like as no 2 people think the same, what's greasy for one will be oily or dry for another.
